Arrival day:
- Everyone has the day free to get settled and procure supplies necessary for the adventures ie: additional groceries
Welcome Dinner:
- Which Cabin and time is TBD
- Brats/sausage on the grill with whatever side dishes
- Possible Board Game night
Saturday
Breakfast:
- Free time to all families
- Each family is responsible for their own breakfast
- All families attending
- Creative “sandwich-off” – most creative delicious sandwich – Judges TBD
Dinner/evening event:
- Gather at specific cabin to depart to Rockies game
- Families are on their own for dinner (at the cabin or at the game)
Sunday
Breakfast:
- All Hatchell breakfast – cabin TBD
Lunch/Dinner:
- Families gather at 2pm to begin adventures/games
- BBQ at 4pm (we should start cooking by 2pm? This will be a “mom”decision)
- “Dip off” competition, best dip. Judge TBD
